Amanda Bogardus

Amanda began dancing when she was 6 years old at Highlights Performing Arts Studio in Johnstown, NY. She joined the competitive program at Highlights when she was 12 years old and started as a student assistant when she was 14. As years progressed she put together week long camp intensives for students, been the stage manager for productions, as well as teach various technique classes for a wide range of ages. She is the president of the dance team at Johnson & Wales University and has studied many different disciplines such as ballet, jazz, tap, lyrical, and contemporary, but her passion has always been acrobatics. She loves working with children watching their growth and improvment in their tumbling skills as well as their strength and flexibility for acrobatics. This is Amanda’s 1st year with PDC and we are excited to have her!
