Audra is a 2009 graduate of the Integrated Program at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City where she trained in dance and voice under Broadway veterans such as Cindy Thole, Cynthia Murray, Lars Rosager, and Mark Santoro. Since starting at the age of 2, and competing regionally and nationally at the age of 12, she studied a various studios throughout the New England area, primarily at the Charlotte Klein Dance Center in Worcester, MA, and The Putnam Dance Center. After AMDA, Audra began concentrating more in Ballet, taking classes from James Reardon of the Boston Dance Company, Clyde Nantais at the Boston Ballet, and Ilona Wall at Jose Matteo Ballet Theater in Cambridge, MA. Educational and community theater credits include The Wizard of OZ (Ensemble), Guys ‘N Dolls (Ensemble), Anything Goes (Reno Sweeney), The Fiddler On The Roof (Hodel), Into the Woods (Rapunzel), Urinetown (Little Becky Two-Shoes), Jeannette Neill Repertory Show (Dancer); Regional: A Chorus Line (Bebe); Professional: Cleopatra: A Life Unparalleled (Octavia/Ensemble), The Nutcracker with The Boston Dance Company (Corps de Ballet/Soloist), and Boston Community Dance Project (Dancer). Audra teaches Ballet to our Advanced dancers and her choreography has won numerous Regional and National awards. This is Audra’s 10th year teaching at The Putnam Dance Center, and now also teaches for Feet In Motion School of Dance, Joanne Warren, and Dean school of dance.
